Patient Advice for Social Distancing and Hygiene to stop the spread of COVID – 19

  •  If you can do it online, do it.
  • If you can do it by phone, do it.
  • If you appointment is not for something urgent, consider postponing it.
  • If you are ill, do not come in to the surgery.  Book a telephone appointment online, or speak to reception.
  • If you are here for “blue clinic”, wait in your car or outside until we call you for you appointment.
  • Maintain 1 metre distance between yourself and every other person if you can.
  • Use the kiosk to check in and check out.  Wipe the kiosk prior to use and after use.
  • Don’t bring anyone else o your appointment other than what is absolutely necessary.
  • Don’t lie to reception, nurses, doctors.  If we die of COVID-19, we won’t be able to help you or your family.  You don’t need to lie to us. We will help you even if you have COVID-19. We are not refusing to see patients, we just need to manage you safely.
  • Wash hands or use hand gel after your appointment.
