If you can do it online, do it.
If you can do it by phone, do it.
If you appointment is not for something urgent, consider postponing it.
If you are ill, do not come in to the surgery. Book a telephone appointment online, or speak to reception.
If you are here for “blue clinic”, wait in your car or outside until we call you for you appointment.
Maintain 1 metre distance between yourself and every other person if you can.
Use the kiosk to check in and check out. Wipe the kiosk prior to use and after use.
Don’t bring anyone else o your appointment other than what is absolutely necessary.
Don’t lie to reception, nurses, doctors. If we die of COVID-19, we won’t be able to help you or your family. You don’t need to lie to us. We will help you even if you have COVID-19. We are not refusing to see patients, we just need to manage you safely.
Wash hands or use hand gel after your appointment.
