If you have tested positive for COVID-19, and are one of the patients of our surgery.
Please book a Telehealth appointment in order for us to asses the severity of your illness, and give you information regarding how to monitor for any deterioration.
The public health unit will only be contacting those it deems to be high risk, so if you need advise, please book a Telehealth appointment with ourselves.
