Important Notice for Patients regarding OzDocsOnline
OzDocsOnline, a service that our practice and patients have used to request referrals and prescriptions for many years, will be shutting down its services in December 2022.
We understand that changing systems can be frustrating for our patients but unfortunately this decision by OzDocsOnline is completely out of our control. From November 18th, visitors to the OzDocsOnline website will be advised that it will not support online appointments, consultations, or prescription requests. During this time however patients will still be able to login to the website to view existing requests only.
Our existing Automed System will replace OzDocsOnline in offering these services to our patients via the AMS App. If you have not already, we encourage all patients to download the AMS App and migrate your script and referral requests into this system before November 18th.
